What to expect during or after a Sound Bath / Sacred Sound + Frequency Journey with Michelle:
Each person’s experience is, of course, unique but it’s possible for sound bathers to have a range of experiences from visions, to epiphanies, to creative solutions, and even psychedelic-like journeys. As sound baths are a mode of sound meditation through which the mind can become quiet, you may find that inspiration, new ideas, or breakthroughs come to you. You might like to have a journal with you to write down these thoughts & insights afterwards.

The harmonics of the sound healing retune any emotional disharmony within us. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Dolores Cannon, a past life regressionist, created the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique that I have just been trained in! It is a powerful hypnosis method for exploring past lives and connecting to your Higher Consciousness for answers and healing.

Dolores’ technique involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state (deep theta) of trance through visualization. This state, under ordinary circumstances, is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you drift off and fall asleep. Kundalini activation refers to the awakening and upward movement of the potent, yet dormant life force energy, often visualized as a coiled serpent, residing at the base of the spine, representing it's potential. 

This energy, when activated, is believed to rise through the central channel of the body, activating and balancing the chakras, miridians, and ultimately leading to a profound state of spiritual awareness and transformation. 

Kundalini activation involves the process of awakening this energy and guiding it upwards through the central channel of the body, known as the sushumna. This ascension is believed to activate and balance the chakras, which are energetic centers along the spine. When Kundalini energy rises, it is believed to activate and harmonize these chakras, leading to a more balanced and integrated state of being. 

Once activated, many have described the feeling of goosebumps or waves of energy moving through the body, feeling a tingling sensation, pulse, or heart beat like sensation moving through the body as Kundalini Shakti rises. In this session you are laying comfortably on mats, blankets, and/or or cushions on the floor. An eye mask is optional to deepen your inner experience. A series of carefully selected songs is played to support your journey: begining slowly as you ground into the body, and reaching a peak frequency, before slowing down again for integration. Hands on touch is often used, but you can always opt out of this.

You will be guided and supported energetically the entire journey. This experience can be offered in person or virtually online with equal potency.
